CFES Foundation, Inc. has been established as a (503c) since July 2008; CFES recognizes and respects the uniqueness of urban learners. The foundation's primary mission is to foster a greater love for learning for all students through organized training and professional academic seminars and workshops in family literacy and school/career readiness. Our curriculum skillfully weaves artistic and practical disciplines into everyday academics for all ages. Students can learn to follow their curiosity, to think creatively, and to work both independently and cooperatively with family, community and others. This year marks our 17th year of honoring and celebrating our urban scholars. Our celebrations have been held virtually since the pandemic.
